These Terms & Conditions apply to every appointment, consultation, purchase and use of the website ammonitelaserspa.co operated by Ammonite Laser Spa ("Ammonite", "we", "us"). By booking, paying, or receiving a treatment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not book or use our services.

Clients must be 18 or older, or attend with a parent or legal guardian who signs consent on their behalf.

Appointments may be requested through our online booking form, by phone or text at 718 813 2076, or by email. A request is not a confirmed appointment until we confirm it with you personally.

• A valid card on file is required to confirm every appointment, including consultations, for new and returning clients.
• Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require us to shorten or reschedule your treatment, and the full fee may still apply.
• You agree to provide accurate contact, medical and skin-history information so we can treat you safely.

New clients begin with a consultation. A $99 consultation fee is charged by card at the time of booking and is credited in full toward your treatment when you proceed with Ammonite within the treatment plan discussed at your consultation.

The consultation fee is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend. If we determine a treatment is not suitable for you, we will discuss alternatives with you.

We reserve time exclusively for you. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule by phone, text or email.

• Changes made 24 hours or more in advance: no charge.
• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice: a fee of 50% of the booked treatment price is charged to the card on file.
• No-shows: a fee of up to 50% of the booked treatment price, and any consultation fee is forfeited.

We may waive fees at our discretion for genuine emergencies. If we must cancel or reschedule, you will not be charged and we will offer the next available time.

Prices displayed on our website are starting prices in US dollars and may vary depending on treatment area, skin assessment and number of sessions. Your final price is confirmed before treatment.

Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Ammonite never sees or stores your full card number. By saving a card, you authorise us to charge it for consultation fees, completed treatments, and fees owed under our cancellation policy.

Promotions, packages and introductory offers (such as a first-session special) apply only as described, may not be combined unless stated, are non-transferable, and may be withdrawn at any time. Package sessions must be used within the period stated at purchase.

Because results vary between individuals, treatments already performed are non-refundable. Unused prepaid package sessions may be refunded or credited at our discretion, less the standard price of sessions already used. Refunds, where granted, are returned to the original payment method.

Laser hair removal, Laser Genesis, laser acne, pigmentation and vein treatments, microneedling, facials, buccal face therapy, Cryo Sculpt and Cryo Tone are cosmetic services. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment, and no specific result or number of sessions is guaranteed.

• Possible temporary effects include redness, swelling, sensitivity, tenderness, bruising, and changes in pigmentation. Rare risks include blistering, burns or scarring.
• You must disclose pregnancy, medications (including retinoids, antibiotics and photosensitising drugs), recent sun exposure or self-tanner, skin conditions, implants, and medical history before each session.
• Following pre-care and aftercare instructions is your responsibility and directly affects safety and results.
• We may decline or postpone treatment if, in our professional judgement, it is not safe or suitable for you.

Ammonite is a calm, welcoming space for everyone. We may refuse service to anyone who behaves in an abusive, unsafe or inappropriate manner. Children and guests may not accompany you in the treatment room unless agreed in advance.

We may take clinical photos to track your progress; these are kept private. Your images will only ever be used publicly (for example on our website or social media) with your separate written consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

All text, photography, branding and design on this website belong to Ammonite Laser Spa or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or interfere with its operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ammonite's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the treatment concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided to us or failure to follow aftercare instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under New York law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your booking applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located in New York County.
