• Contact details: name, email address, phone number.
• Booking information: requested treatment, preferred date and time, and messages you send us.
• Health & skin information: skin type, concerns, treatment history, medications and other details you share so we can treat you safely.
• Payment information: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited card details (such as card brand and last four digits), never your full card number.
• Account information: if you create a client account, your login email and profile details.
• Reviews: name and comments you choose to submit.
• Technical information: browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected automatically.

• To respond to inquiries, confirm, manage and remind you of appointments.
• To assess suitability and deliver treatments safely.
• To process consultation fees and charges under our cancellation policy.
• To provide your client portal and keep records of your treatments.
• To improve our website and services, and to protect against fraud or misuse.

We never sell your personal information.

When you submit our booking form, your details are stored securely in our booking system and an email notification is sent to our studio inbox so we can respond personally. Access is limited to Ammonite staff who need it to manage your appointment.

Skin and health details are treated as confidential. They are used only to plan and perform your treatments, are never shared for marketing, and are disclosed only with your consent or where required by law.

We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage that are needed for the site to work:

• Essential: keeping you signed in to your client account and securing forms and payments.
• Preferences: remembering choices such as whether background music is muted.
• Analytics: privacy-friendly, aggregated statistics about page visits to help us improve the website.
• Payment: Stripe sets cookies during checkout to prevent fraud.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as signing in or paying online, may then not work.

We rely on trusted providers who process information on our behalf, each under their own privacy terms:

• Stripe — secure card payments and saved cards.
• Google (Gmail, Google Maps, Google Business Profile) — studio email, maps and reviews.
• Our website hosting and database providers — secure storage of bookings and accounts.
• Instagram — if you follow links to our social profile.

We keep booking and treatment records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, insurance and record-keeping requirements. Inquiries that do not become appointments are deleted when no longer needed.

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections, stored with access controls, and payment data is handled by a PCI-compliant processor. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent for photos or marketing, or ask how your information is used. Email ammonitelaserspa.us@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires.

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Clients under 18 are treated only with guardian consent.
